Choc-Chip Muffins

Simple and Delicious



The Ingredients:
240g NEILL’SĀ®Plain Flour
100g Caster Sugar
180ml Milk
1 Egg
70ml Vegetable Oil
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.5tsp Salt
1tsp Vanilla Extract/Essence
140g Choc Chips

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 180c
Sieve the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl
Mix this together thoroughly
In a separate bowl whisk together the oil, egg and milk and vanilla.
Stir the wet mix into the dry mix (do not over stir)
Fold in the choc chips
Pour mix into 12 muffin cases and bake in the centre of the oven for 18-20mins
