Vegan Brownies

This is our first long awaited vegan recipe. We had many requests but vegan brownies won this time. Will post more vegan recipes in the coming weeks!

The Ingredients:
250g NEILL’S® Plain Flour
340g Light Brown Sugar
240ml Water
200ml Vegetable Oil
1.5tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
60g Coco Powder
1tsp Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
100g Vegan Chocolate Chips (Optional)

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 170c
In a bowl sieve together the flour, baking powder, salt and coco powder.
Stir in the light brown sugar.
Add the water, oil, vanilla and stir together.
Stir in the chocolate chips (optional)
Pour into a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting.
