Valentines Sugar Biscuits

Make these for your loved one on Valentines Day!

The Ingredients:
240g Butter
125g Icing Sugar
310g NEILL’SĀ®Plain Flour
1tbsp Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract/Essence

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 170c
Beat the butter until smooth
Stir in the icing sugar until everything is combined.
Add the flour, alternating with the milk
Stir in the vanilla.
Remove from the bowl and knead on the bench until smooth.
Divide the mixture into 3 and roll out one bit at a time (to about 0.5 inches thick)
Cut with heart shaped cookie cutters.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
(When these are cooked they should be white, do not expect them to brown up)
