Fifteens Recipe
Fifteens are a common sight at all bake sales in the UK. I thought I would share this simple and delicious recipe with all my readers! Made up of 15 of each ingredient this is where it gets its name. Simple to make and is a no-bake treat. These are one of my childhood favourites. We hope you enjoy BakingBar’s Fifteens Recipe.
The Ingredients:
15 Digestive Biscuits ( American readers can use Graham Crackers)
15 Large Marshmallows
15 Glacé Cherries
150ml Condensed Milk
50g Shredded Coconut
The How-To:
In a large bowl smash up the digestive biscuits / graham crackers until there are no lumps.
Cut the marshmallows and cherries in half and mix in with the Digestives/Graham crackers.
Stir in the condensed milk and stir together well.
Pour the shredded coconut onto a surface and spread out.
Place the fifteens mixture onto the coconut and form into a sausage shape and roll in the coconut.
Wrap the fifteens roll in tin foil and place in the fridge for about 2-3 hours to harden.
Remove from fridge and tin foil and cut into slices.
You’re Done!
