British Bakery Style Coconut Macaroons

These are fantastically simple but tasty treat to russell up when you need your sugar fix.

The Ingredients:
2 x Egg Whites
120g Caster Sugar
140g Shredded Coconut

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 170c
Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks. This will be when they hold their shape.
Add the caster sugar around the outside of mixture in the bowl and fold together until just combined.
Add the coconut around the outside of the mixture in the bowl and fold this in too.
Place heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto baking sheets. About 5 per sheet.
You will be able to make about 10 with this mixture.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 17 mins.
Leave to completely cool.
